Where there's a will there's a way.  This is the founding principle of Manna's work that endures today.  Our success requires the will of our prospective homeowner to persevere to reach their goal and the will of our partners to develop opportunities for them to fulfill their dreams of homeownership.  A gift to Manna through your estate plans can make a permanent positive change in our community. 

By including Manna in your will or estate plan, you are helping to create places people can call home.  Through your will or revocable living trust, you can specify that some or all of your assets come to us after your lifetime and which Manna, Inc. program or initiatives you would like to support.  After your lifetime, the asset(s) you specify will pass to us and your estate can take a charitable deduction for the amount of your bequest.

Membership in the Legacy Program is open to those who wish to make a lasting gift to support our community revitalization mission in Washington, DC.  These gifts may be made through your will, retirement plan and insurance policy, as well as other deferred gifts.  Membership is voluntary and without obligation.  It is our way of recognizing a remarkable contribution to Manna.
