Providence Construction

Providence Construction, Inc. (PCI) is Manna's for-profit affiliate that provides construction management and general contracting services to both non-profit and for-profit organizations.  Because of Manna's deep staff and construction capacity, Manna responded to a need in the mid-90's to help other non-profits reduce their construction costs and supplement its own income at the same time during gaps in construction in Manna's own homeownership projects.

 Past clients have included:

  • Potter's House Church
  • Latin American Youth Center
  • First Trinity Lutheran Church
  • Community Family Life Services
  • Transitional Housing Corporation
